New study tests lifestyle changes to fight arthritis pain
NCT ID NCT07262112
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of resistance exercises and an anti-inflammatory diet can help people with rheumatoid arthritis feel better. It will involve 100 adults who will follow a structured workout and eating plan for 3 months. Researchers will measure changes in pain, daily function, and overall quality of life to see if these lifestyle changes provide meaningful relief alongside standard medical care.
