New combo therapy targets cancer fatigue in advanced patients

Summary
This study looks at whether adding a steroid called dexamethasone to a physical activity program can ease severe tiredness in people with advanced cancer. About 99 patients with fatigue lasting at least 2 weeks will take part. The goal is to see if the combination is practical and helps improve energy levels.
