Summary

This pilot study aims to test three different programs designed to help older cancer survivors who are experiencing memory and thinking problems after finishing their cancer treatments. Researchers will compare an exercise program, a brain training program, and a combined program against usual care to see which might work best. The goal is to find effective, accessible ways to improve cognitive function and independence in this growing population.
