First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a gentle electrical current to the brain (called tDCS) during physical exercise can improve walking and movement in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will measure things like walking speed, step length, and reaction time in 100 participants. The goal is to see if this combination works better than exercise alone for easing movement symptoms.
