Summary
This study looks at whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) to physical exercise can improve walking, balance, and reaction time in people with Parkinson's disease. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to different groups to compare the effects. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to help manage movement problems.
