Summary

This study looks at how two types of exercise—moderate jogging and high-intensity interval training (HIIT)—affect attention and alertness right after you finish. Researchers will have 38 active young adults do both workouts on separate days and test their focus and reaction time before and after each session. The goal is to find out which exercise gives a bigger immediate brain boost.
