First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at how two types of exercise—moderate jogging and high-intensity interval training (HIIT)—affect attention and alertness right after working out. About 38 active young adults will do both exercises on separate days and take computer tests to measure focus and reaction time. The goal is to find out which exercise gives a bigger mental boost.
