Can two weeks of walking and breathing exercises before surgery lead to less pain and faster recovery?

NCT ID NCT07401056

Summary

This study aims to see if a structured exercise program before surgery helps people with non-small cell lung cancer recover better. Researchers will have 62 participants either do two weeks of daily walking and breathing exercises before their operation or follow standard pre-surgery care. They will then compare pain levels, recovery speed, hospital stay length, and quality of life between the two groups after surgery.
