Quick classroom workouts sharpen Kids' minds

NCT ID NCT07231536

Summary

This study aims to see if a short burst of exercise right before class helps students focus and control their impulses better than sitting still. Researchers will assign whole classes of primary school students to either do 5 or 10 minutes of exercise, or to sit quietly, before their lessons. They will then measure the students' attention and self-control using computer games to see which approach works best for learning.
