Quick Pre-Class workout sharpens Kids' minds, study finds

NCT ID NCT07231536

Summary

This study aims to see if a short burst of exercise right before class helps primary school students focus and control their impulses better than sitting quietly. Researchers will compare students doing 5 or 10 minutes of exercise to those doing seated activities. They will measure focus using simple computer games before and after the activity to see which approach works best.
