Summary

This study tests whether a supervised exercise program can improve sleep quality in people with alcohol use disorder. Researchers will enroll 40 adults who have sleep problems and drink heavily. Participants will attend exercise sessions and track their sleep using diaries and wrist monitors. The goal is to see if exercise is a practical and helpful way to improve sleep in this group.
