Summary
This study is testing whether a supervised physical activity program can help people with alcohol use disorder sleep better. Researchers will enroll 40 adults who have trouble sleeping and drink heavily. Participants will take part in exercise sessions and track their sleep using diaries and wrist monitors. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective for improving sleep quality.
