New study aims to boost exercise in black community to fight cognitive decline

Summary

This study tests a goals-based exercise program designed with the Black community to help adults aged 45-65 become more active. The goal is to see if the program improves exercise habits and reduces risks linked to cognitive decline, heart disease, and diabetes. Participants will be randomly assigned to the program or a comparison group and tracked for 12 months.
