Summary
This study looks at how different types of exercise (like walking or strength training) affect thinking skills and brain size in healthy older adults aged 65 to 80. About 280 participants will be followed for 12 months to see if exercise improves memory, attention, and other mental abilities. The goal is to understand which exercises best support brain health as we age.
