Summary
This study aims to find out which of four different, supervised group exercise programs works best to improve fitness and build muscle in women who have finished treatment for breast cancer. Researchers will compare how these resistance training routines affect heart and lung fitness, body composition, and psychological well-being. The goal is to provide better guidance for recovery and improving quality of life after cancer.
