Exercise after Weight-Loss surgery: a new study tests what works best

Summary
This study looks at how two different exercise programs affect body fat, muscle, heart health, and quality of life in people who have had bariatric (weight-loss) surgery. About 75 adults who are recovering well from surgery will take part. The goal is to find out which type of exercise helps them feel better and get healthier after their procedure.
