First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looked at whether an 8-week training program using a special resistance device (Exer-Genie) and agility drills could improve sprint speed, hamstring strength, and vertical jump in 37 young female football players. Half of the players did the special training, while the other half continued their usual practice. The results help us understand if this type of training is better for boosting athletic performance in female football players.
