Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug evofosfamide to a second hormone therapy can help control advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to initial treatment. About 35 men with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels and slow cancer growth.
