First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tested whether a combination of three drugs—everolimus, letrozole, and metformin—can help control advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. The 62 participants had cancer that came back or spread and had limited prior treatments. The goal was to see how many patients had their cancer shrink or stop growing, using scans every 8 weeks.
