New shot could loosen Stroke-Stiffened arms

Summary
This study tests a new botulinum toxin injection (Eveotox) to reduce muscle tightness in the arm or hand of adults who have had a stroke. About 207 people with stable spasticity for at least 3 months will receive either Eveotox or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves muscle stiffness and daily function.
