Summary

This study tests a new botulinum toxin injection (Eveotox) to reduce muscle tightness in the arm or hand of adults who have had a stroke. About 207 participants will receive either Eveotox or a placebo, and researchers will measure changes in muscle stiffness and any side effects. The goal is to see if this treatment safely improves daily activities like dressing or hygiene.
