Summary
This study compares two approaches for treating pancreatic and bile duct diseases. Patients will either receive a standard ERCP procedure or have an ultrasound done during the same session before the ERCP. Researchers want to see if the ultrasound helps doctors better plan the treatment, avoid unnecessary procedures, and improve safety.
