Summary
This study tested whether ethosuximide, a drug used for epilepsy, can reduce pain in people with nerve damage from injury or surgery. 114 adults with moderate to severe nerve pain took part. The goal was to see if the drug improves pain, sleep, and quality of life compared to a placebo.
