Summary
This study is exploring whether smelling essential oils can help people feel less stressed and more relaxed. Researchers will have 200 healthy adults smell either an essential oil or a placebo scent while they perform stressful tasks and during a guided meditation. The team will measure heart rate and ask participants how they feel to see if the scents make a difference.
