Summary
This study aims to see if inhaling essential oils can help people feel less stressed and more relaxed. Researchers will measure the heart rate and stress levels of 200 healthy adults while they perform stressful tasks and relaxation exercises. Some participants will inhale real essential oils, while others will get a placebo scent, and neither they nor the researchers will know which is which.
