Can a simple patch ease the burnout crisis in nursing?

NCT ID NCT06053450

Summary

This study tested whether wearing small, scent-releasing patches could help reduce feelings of stress and burnout in hospital nurses. Twenty nurses wore the patches during six work shifts over a month and filled out surveys about their stress levels. The goal was to see if this easy, non-drug option could provide some relief for healthcare workers.
