This study tests a standardized treatment plan for esophageal fistula, a severe complication in advanced esophageal cancer that can cause life-threatening infections and malnutrition. The plan includes sealing the fistula with stents, targeted antibiotics, nutritional support, and follow-up cancer therapy.
