NCT ID NCT07396220
First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether a nasal spray (esketamine) combined with a short therapy program can quickly reduce suicidal thoughts in people with hard-to-treat depression. About 56 adults aged 18-70 with ongoing suicidal thoughts will receive either the combo treatment or esketamine alone. The goal is to see if adding therapy leads to a greater drop in suicidal thinking after one week.
