New nasal spray offers hope for Treatment-Resistant depression

Summary

This study tests whether esketamine nasal spray can reduce depression symptoms in Korean adults whose depression has not improved with other treatments. About 47 participants will use the spray for 4 weeks, and researchers will measure changes using a standard depression rating scale. The goal is to see if this approach provides relief for people with treatment-resistant depression.
