This study tests whether adding esketamine to standard fibromyalgia treatments helps people feel pain relief faster. It includes 106 adults whose pain hasn't improved enough with non-drug approaches. The main goal is to see how quickly pain drops by half, using a simple 0-to-10 pain scale.
