Summary
This study tested whether the antidepressant escitalopram could reduce depression in people with localized pancreatic or related cancers who were receiving chemotherapy before surgery. Only 4 participants enrolled before the trial was stopped. The goal was to measure changes in depression scores and quality of life using surveys.
