New shot for advanced breast cancer enters first human tests

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called ES2B-C001, given alone or with an adjuvant, for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread and hasn't responded to at least two prior therapies. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. About 40 adults will take part.
