New pill targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early human trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental pill called IPN01194 in adults with advanced solid tumors (melanoma, colorectal, pancreatic, or head and neck cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 36 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
