First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a three-drug combination (eribulin, irinotecan, and temozolomide) in children and young adults up to age 25 whose solid tumors have come back or not responded to treatment. The main goal is to find a safe dose of eribulin when given with the other two drugs. About 48 participants will be enrolled, and the study focuses on tracking side effects.
