NCT ID NCT07481838
First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at whether teaching bank employees about ergonomics and giving them breathing exercises could reduce their muscle and joint pain, improve their posture, and increase their awareness of how they sit and breathe. 62 office workers who sit at computers for at least 4 hours a day took part in an 8-week program led by a physiotherapist. The goal was to see if these simple, non-drug approaches can help with common desk-job aches and pains.
