Summary
This study looks at whether having a special procedure called ERCP available during gallbladder surgery helps reduce complications for people with common bile duct stones. Researchers will review records from 10,000 adults who had gallbladder surgery in Sweden between 2015 and 2025. The goal is to see if access to ERCP leads to fewer overall problems compared to when it is not available.
