New pill targets advanced cancers in first human tests

NCT ID NCT04670679

Summary

This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new oral drug called ERAS-601. It will be given to about 90 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread, both by itself and combined with other cancer therapies. The main goals are to see how much of the drug the body can handle, how it behaves in the body, and if it shows any signs of helping to shrink tumors.
