NCT ID NCT04670679

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called ERAS-601 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose, both when given alone and when combined with other cancer therapies. Researchers will also check if the drug helps shrink tumors and how the body processes it.
