First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a new ankle brace (orthosis) in people with long-term ankle instability or nerve damage that makes it hard to lift the foot. Four participants will wear the brace for one month to see if it improves ankle support, function, and quality of life compared to their usual brace or no brace. The goal is to find out if the new design is comfortable and helpful for daily use.
