Team approach may help seniors beat chemo hurdles

Summary
This study looks at whether a special team of doctors, nurses, and other experts can help people aged 75 and older with digestive cancer complete their full course of chemotherapy or targeted therapy. The program starts early and focuses on managing side effects and overall well-being. About 144 participants will be randomly assigned to either the team program or standard care.
