First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a chemotherapy regimen called dose-adjusted EPOCH-R in 4 children with certain B-cell cancers (DLBCL, PMBCL, or PTLD). The goal was to see if giving the drugs continuously over 4 days and adjusting doses based on blood cell counts is safe and effective in children, as it has been in adults. The study focused on safety and maintaining high cure rates while reducing side effects.
