Researchers track epidural side effects on mom and baby

Summary
This study aims to understand how often a parent's blood pressure drops after receiving an epidural for labor pain and what effects this might have on the baby. Researchers will review the medical records of 480 adults in labor who choose an epidural, looking at blood pressure readings, any treatments given, and the baby's heart rate. The study does not change any medical care; it only observes information already collected during standard labor and delivery.
