Researchers track epidural side effects on mom and baby

Summary
This study aims to understand how common and significant drops in blood pressure are after a labor epidural. Researchers will review the existing medical records of 480 people in labor to see how often this happens, if it leads to treatments, and if it affects the baby's heart rate. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future care, but this study itself does not change any treatments patients receive.
