NCT ID NCT05631899
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a custom-made vaccine that uses a patient's own immune cells to target specific cancer markers (EphA2 and KRAS mutations). The vaccine is given together with two immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA4) to boost the immune system's attack on advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study enrolls up to 9 adults whose cancers have not responded to standard treatments, and aims to check safety, tumor shrinkage, and immune response.
