NCT ID NCT06905509

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug epcoritamab to standard chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant can improve outcomes for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. About 25 adults will receive epcoritamab plus chemotherapy before their transplant, then continue epcoritamab afterward. The goal is to see if this approach increases the number of patients whose cancer completely disappears.
