New drug combo shows promise for rare sarcoma

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, epacadostat and pembrolizumab, in people with advanced sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 30 adults who have already tried at least one other cancer treatment will take part.
