Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug combination for men with a hard-to-treat type of prostate cancer that has spread. The goal was to see if adding relacorilant to the standard drug enzalutamide is safe and how the body handles it. 42 men took part in this phase 1 trial, which focused on safety and finding the right dose.
