Summary

This study tests whether a daily pill called ENV-294 can safely reduce eczema severity and itch in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. About 60 participants will take either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, with regular clinic visits and symptom diaries. The goal is to see if ENV-294 improves skin condition and quality of life.
