Summary
This study tested a drug called enobosarm in 168 adults aged 60 and older who were already taking GLP-1 weight-loss medications. The goal was to see if enobosarm could help prevent muscle loss, a common side effect of these weight-loss drugs. Participants received enobosarm or a placebo, and changes in body composition were measured over several months.
