Inclusion Criteria: * Adults aged between 18 and 65 years * Classified according to BMI category: Normal weight (BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m²) Overweight (BMI 25.0-29.9 kg/m²) Obesity (BMI ≥30.0 kg/m²) * Literate and able to understand the questionnaire * Volunteering to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: * Individuals with a current psychiatric diagnosis * Those who have undergone bariatric surgery in the last year * Pregnant individuals
