NCT ID NCT03919760
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a program called NAVIGATE, which provides coordinated care for youth and young adults (ages 14-35) who have had a first episode of psychosis. The goal was to see if NAVIGATE helps improve recovery, reduce hospital stays, and lower healthcare costs compared to standard care. Researchers worked with 100 participants across multiple early psychosis programs in Ontario, using video conferencing and data analysis to track outcomes.
